Junior SEM Specialist

Job Description: We’re looking for a junior SEM specialist to join our growing team. This position would report to our CEO and work closely with clients and partners. You would be helping to manage client budgets of close to $10m on an annual basis and would be working alongside two experienced SEM professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize ad campaigns on the Google Ads & Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Write ad copy and research relevant keywords
  • Monitor & report on account performance on a weekly basis
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately to maximize ROAS

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with Google Ads
  • High level of comfort with Google Analytics & Data Studio
  • Data driven & analytical
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel

Compensation:

10-20hrs/week @ $25-35/hr depending on experience

Head of Content (Part Time)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced editor to help manage our network of freelance writers and produce high quality content for our clients. This role would report to our CEO and be responsible for procuring, editing, and publishing SEO-optimized content for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our internal content pipeline document
  • Develop and maintain relationships with freelance writers
  • Be responsible for the quality of any content sent to clients or published on client sites
  • Source publicly available photos for use in digital content
  • Work with writers to edit and improve their content

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years experience in digital publishing (writing, editing, etc)
  • Basic understanding of SEO best-practices
  • Ability to use and interpret data in Google Analytics/Search Console a plus

Compensation:

10-20hrs/week @ $35/hr

Senior Front End Web Developer (Full Time @ Vermont Woods Studios)

Job Description: We are a rapidly growing eCommerce business based in Vermont looking for a talented front end developer to join our tech team. This role would report to our marketing & IT manager and work closely on a small team of 4 other individuals. In addition to joining an exciting and growing team, this position will allow you to contribute towards our mission of furnishing a greener world, something we accomplish by procuring furniture that adheres to the highest standards of sustainability. The position also offers an annual bonus, accrued paid time off, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain templates for our ecommerce website
  • Update dynamic content when needed
  • Maintain SEO best practices sitewide
  • Maintain and report on site speed
  • Manage hosting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency in HTML & CSS
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Some knowledge of or enthusiasm for User Experience (UX) best practices
  • Some knowledge of or enthusiasm for SEO best practices
  • Hosting & DNS knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency in JavaScript a plus
  • PHP & database knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager a plus
